1. Recording stops in background
Device's battery-optimization settings can prevent Eagle Trazer Tracker from running in the background — learn how to disable it for the app to keep recording uninterrupted.
3. Recording without internet
Eagle Trazer Tracker records tracks entirely offline using GPS — only the map view might need data. For reliable offline maps switch to Mapbox.
2. Move recordings to new phone
To transfer your tracks, first export them using the sync icon to a folder. Copy this folder to your new phone. Then, import the tracks using the sync icon, and your recordings will appear on the new device.
4. GPS signal lost
“Waiting GPS” means the satellite signal has dropped; follow our troubleshooting guide to restore accurate recording.
